CYZRLYZR: Import and analyze Coulter Counter data

CYZRLYZR is an add-in for Excel. It imports Coulter counter data in the MultiSizer 3 format and analyzes the data.

1. Generate data: Save the Coulter Counter data to standard MultiSizer data files (*.#M3) as per Beckman-Coulter's instructions.
2. Import data: CYZRLYZR reads all *.#M3 files from a folder of your choice and imports particle counts and average sizes into a new Excel® file.
3. Analyze data: If you have several runs of each individual sample, CYZRLYZR can analyze the data for you. It will generate averages, standard deviations, and standard errors of the mean of particle counts and particle sizes over all runs of a given sample. You can specify exclusion criteria to exclude runs with outlier data (e.g., extremely small particle sizes due to debris in the suspension).

The original data files will remain untouched.
